The Company
Our company structure with tenured site work knowledge and experience allows us to act as general contractor as well as a sub-contractor on most of our development projects. We perform many phases under our firm’s direct supervision such as underground utilities, storm drainage, street construction, detention, and construction of waste water treatment facilities.

Leisure Lane RV Resorts
In addition to our residential development projects, Terra Texas has also successfully developed RV resorts in the Greater North Houston area.
As with our Welcome Home Communities, Leisure Lane RV resorts place resident experience at the forefront of of amenities and comfortable living. Each park is designed to blend natural beauty and seclusion with convenience and safety.
